Frequently asked questions
What counts as a run?
A run is a single execution of a GitHub Actions workflow. If a workflow has 3 jobs, that's still 1 run. Re-runs count as separate runs.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, you'll get immediate access to the new limits. When downgrading, changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
What happens if I exceed my run limit?
Your dashboards keep working, but new runs beyond your limit are billed as overage at $5 per 10,000 runs. We'll notify you before this happens.
Do you offer discounts for startups or open source?
Yes! We offer 50% off for early-stage startups and free Pro tier for qualifying open source projects. Contact us to learn more.
How does the free tier work?
The free tier is free forever, not a trial. You get 2,000 runs/month and 14 days of data retention. Perfect for side projects or trying out Runless.
